Coupon Policy - Winn Dixie

After searching all over for Winn Dixie's coupon policy, i have found that they do not have one listed on their site.  Below is what i received via email from Winn Dixie, and each store may differ.  You can call your store directly to find out what their specific policy is!
Winn-Dixie has a coupon acceptance policy that follows all guidelines and stipulations printed on manufacturer’s coupons. We follow all state and local governance of coupons that are received from any type of print, as long as they are not produced with a fraudulent intent. All manufacturer coupons are acceptable with our in store offerings if they are within the guidelines of the coupon.
We honor our store coupons that are within date of redemption and do not have a company program that honors competitors store coupon offerings.
At this time Winn-Dixie does not have a company-wide doubling/tripling coupon program.  It is offered in selected areas as part of our competitive strategy.
We continue to evaluate coupon usage as a consumer vehicle of savings and support the use of coupons in our stores.
We are reviewing our program, but the specific question on doubling and tripling are not in any stores outside of Birmingham and Montgomery Alabama areas. We have considered this and accepting competitor coupons and at this time is not part of our coupon acceptance program. As noted we are reviewing what we have as an acceptance policy and will determine changes if needed.
How many coupons are allowed in a transaction?
Depends on the limitation of the coupon verbiage. If they have a coupon for each individual item it could be as many as the number of items. But, if the coupon has the disclaimer one offer per order or one coupon per transaction per item. If the customer let’s say has 10 coupons and purchases 10 items and the coupon doesn’t say one offer per transaction, we should be taking the 10 coupons.
